Job Description
Conduct agency recruitment process for both agents and leaders. Focus in leading recruitment effort, i.e. develop policy, procedures, tools and innovative jadwal to achieve manpower requirement. Evaluate effectiveness of recruitment jadwal and events. Involved in Leaders development jadwal and assist leaders to prepare their recruitment strategy.
Requirements
• 30 - 45 years old, preferably male
• Bachelor Degree any major from reputable university
• High school / Sekolah Menengan Atas graduate with min 3 years experience in mass recruitment
• Minimum 5 years work experience in Agency of Life Insurance industry. PMaknacularly has experience as recruiter or leader
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good networking skills
• High level of energy
