Time Deposit Department Head

Responsibilities:

Responsible on managing Time Deposit Product Portfolio. Scope of activities consist of implementing product development, maintaining promotion aktivitas and managing time deposit team. The objective of this activities is supporting achievement sasaran in terms of volume growth, increasing number of accounts, Net Interest Income and Fee Based Income for respective product.

Requirements:

Maximum age 39 years old
Bachelor Degree IPK minimum 3.00
2 year experience in Banking Industry funding product management
Integrity, Problem Solving, Communication Skills, Sense Of Belonging, Teamwork, Result Oriented, and Independent
Have capability to analyze persoalan related to product, program, pricing, distribution, sales forces and operational process also initiate solution.
Have clear understanding of funding product including its related promotion aktivitas development and have ability to understand also communicate with direct supervisor, team member as well as partner.
Can do market analysis (including competitor benchmark) for funding products and can give input for product segmentation, sasaran and positioning. Can develop program, product feature, pricing to support funding product to have competitive advantages among other banks.
