Claim Advisor (Code: MLIFE - CA)
Job Description
Review and analyze validity of medical claim from customer or hospital provider
Monitoring hospitalized patients and proactively work with treating doctors to ensure that patients received appropriate treatments
Decide and provide decision making related claim rejections and action to improve claim performance
Asses and review of medical claims/surgery billings from Provider and ensure benefit payments are correctly made
Requirements:
Age max 35 years old
Min. S1 Degree in Medical from reputable university
Min. 2 years of working experience as claim advisor in Life Insurance company
Computer literate ( MS. Excel & Office is a must )
Excellent in English
Details and have a strong analytical thinking
Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
